Welcome to Bell Fine Art
Established in Winchester in 1987 the two floors of the gallery show original contemporary and period paintings by artists from the UK, Europe and further afield, together with prints, limited editions and local views.
Our picture framing workshop is on the premises and our two full-time picture framers are both experienced in all aspects of picture framing.
Throughout the gallery contemporary ceramics, glass, jewellery and sculpture are displayed to complement the two-dimensional work along with a large range of greetings cards.

Picture Framing
Our Picture Framing team are able to offer a wide range of mouldings from several of the UK’s leading suppliers, as well as a comprehensive collection of aluminium frames for that extra sharp, clean finish. We also wax and lime plain woods, and offer paint finishes in the colours of the Farrow and Ball range. Unlike many other picture framers all work is done in our own workshop on the premises
We use a 2mm picture glass as standard, but also offer various other options. The non reflective glass reduces glare, while the Ultravue and Museum glasses are practically invisible in the frame. We recommend UV protection glass for higher value pieces.
